Information you give us
Submitting the form sends us your name, phone, email, ZIP code, the preferences you select and any free text you add. The submission also carries technical context, namely the page address, a timestamp, your consent choices and any campaign tags present in the link you followed.
Why we use it
K9 Professional Network reviews each request and refers it to an independent professional or working-dog program that covers your area. The recipient may then phone, text or email you about it.
Where it goes
Requests travel to K9PN systems, including the tools it uses to organize and follow up on them, and to the professional chosen for the referral. K9PN publishes its own privacy statement on its main site.

The pages do not set cookies and carry no advertising or analytics code. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when pages load.
